I would add the adage that some of our friends from Heber would say to their young son that used to whine a lot (Sorry Sammy!). We have added it as one of our standard responses to our whining kids.
"Is it broke? Is it bleeding? Quit your whining!"
I think that often we all want to whine a little. However, no matter how bad I have it, I can always very easily look to someone who is/has suffered or endured more than I have.

I am pleased to hear that Elder Fife is progressing and doing well. Your faith and love for our Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ has strengthened many other's testimonies. Mine included.
